Rohingya refugees in Cox's Bazar
The camps in Cox's Bazar district host the world's largest stateless community, which fled violence in Myanmar's Rakhine State.

Since early 2024 about 150,000 people have fled renewed violence in Rakhine State. The 2026 Joint Response Plan requires 710.5 million US dollars, and the UN warns that funding cuts threaten essential services in the camps.
