The Venezuelan Red Cross runs 8 hospitals, 34 clinics and 41 branches across the country. After the earthquakes of 24 June 2026, which hit La Guaira and Greater Caracas hardest, it set up a field hospital and first-aid posts; in 2025 it assisted more than 239,000 people.
