Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The Iranian Red Crescent runs search and rescue, medical aid, shelter, water and psychosocial support (4030 hotline). Since 28 February 2026 it has mobilised 529 branches in all 31 provinces; the IFRC supports it through Emergency Appeal MDRIR018.
